The Alcala training team and daycare staff have decades of combined experience in assessing body language and stress levels, safe and kind handling methods, positive reinforcement training, and behavioral modification. We consider our training program not just to be one segment of our business, but an imperative component of the greater whole of what we do, each and every day.

In Facility Day Training
Our day training programs are our most popular service option and turn your dog’s day of daycare into an all inclusive learning experience. While your pup is here enjoying our Resort Style amenities they will also spend about an hour per day with one of our experienced trainers working on the skills necessary to achieve your goals.
Each program comes with at least 2 private lessons where you will meet with your trainer to learn what your dog is working on and how to maintain or improve on those skills at home. For consistency your dog will be on a fixed schedule two days per week while they are enrolled in a program, though you are welcome to bring them in for general daycare on their off days as well.
Where pets come as guests and leave as family
Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, Alcala Country Pet Resort is the perfect place for your pet to take a vacation when you need to get away. Your furry family members will get to enjoy our large turfed running yards during social time with dogs of similar size and temperament.
We ensure that every dog that comes to visit us is a good fit by utilizing our personal, family-focused mindset and advanced knowledge of canine behavior.
